As our HR Global Mobility Specialist (d/w/m), you will build and own a brand-new function within our People Team. In our fast-paced matrix organization, it balances the tax, legal, and operational complexities of international event expansion with hands-on immigration workflows. You will audit and overhaul current workflows into scalable systems and serve as the primary interface between Corporate Tax, Payroll, HR, and global Event Production teams to ensure our cross-border event crews deploy legally, seamlessly, and friction-free worldwide. YOUR KEY RESPONSIBILITIES Risk & Compliance Management: Ensure cross-border event deployments comply fully with international tax, visa, and social security regulations to protect the business. Internal Advisory: Serve as the internal subject matter expert on global mobility, guiding cross-functional stakeholders on cross-border employment compliance. Software Implementation: Lead the evaluation, selection, and implementation of a global mobility platform to automate manual tracking. Workflow Optimization: Audit existing ad-hoc mobility workflows to design structured, repeatable, and scalable operational playbooks. Project Ownership: Take immediate ownership of ongoing global mobility projects and cross-border employee deployments. YOUR PROFILE Experience: Proven experience in HR global mobility, international employee deployment, or corporate immigration frameworks. Tax & Legal Expertise: Exceptionally strong knowledge of international tax law, social security regulations (A1 certificates, etc.), and cross-border labor compliance. Process Mindset: Highly structured, analytical, and process-oriented—you know how to turn manual tasks into streamlined workflows. Tech Affinity: Digitally savvy with an eagerness to implement and leverage modern HR tech and compliance software. Languages: C-Level English proficiency; additional languages (such as German) are a strong plus.
