These are your tasks:
Leading the design, configuration, and implementation of SAP TM modules
Leading workshops with customer business and IT stakeholders
Translating business requirements into SAP TM solutions and ensuring alignment with the overall supply chain strategy
Optimizing processes for transportation planning, execution, and freight cost management
Collaborating with logistics and sales teams to improve end-to-end processes
Taking on technical and functional responsibility in customer projects
Providing pre-sales support during the sales cycle for new clients (preparing prototypes and content, participating in customer meetings as a trusted expert, conducting workshops or customer-focused presentations)
Ongoing development of hard and soft skills
What you should bring:
Independent, customer- and solution-oriented working style
At least 5 years of hands-on experience with SAP TM
Cross-functional experience in SD, LE, or EWM
Proven success in implementing and optimizing SAP TM processes
In-depth understanding of business processes related to all TM areas, especially freight and shipping
Several years of project experience and strong consulting expertise
High flexibility and willingness to travel
Interest in open and constructive collaboration
Business-fluent German and English skills
