Where You Come In
As a Working Student in the CTO Office, you will support strategic and operational initiatives that keep our in-house app active, engaging, and continuously improving.
You will work closely with your manager and collaborate across product, engineering, and business teams. This is a hands-on role with real ownership — ideal for someone who enjoys variety, creativity, and learning how tech organizations operate behind the scenes.
What You Will Do
1. Create engaging social media posts and digital content for our in-house app
2. Support user retention initiatives and help grow internal engagement
3. Design and improve internal presentations and decks on CTO-related topics
4. Conduct market and competitor research and present findings clearly
5. Support operational and ad hoc projects within the CTO Office
6. Take ownership of small independent projects from concept to execution
7. Currently enrolled student (Business, Marketing, Communications, Media, Engineering, or similar field)
8. Experience working in a fast-paced, dynamic environment
9. Strong written communication skills in English (native or near-native) and at least B2 German
10. Experience creating digital content (social media, blog posts, app content, etc.)
11. Design skills and experience using tools such as Adobe Creative Suite, Canva, Figma, or similar
12. Comfortable using AI tools such as ChatGPT, Gemini, Copilot, etc.
13. Structured, proactive, and able to work independently
14. Curious mindset with strong attention to detail
Nice to Have
15. Experience working with an app or B2C product
16. Basic understanding of tech or Ad Tech environments
17. Experience conducting competitor or market research
