Your responsibilities
As an Investment Associate your tasks will focus on the following areas:
* Actively contribute to deal origination and market screening of new investment opportunities
* Develop, utilize, and analyze financial models and running sensitivities along the M&A
process
* Lead workstreams in due diligence and financing processes
* Drive work on investment committee materials and recommendations
* Engage and manage all relevant stakeholders (banks, advisors, developers, suppliers) and
lead negotiations as applicable with support from senior management
* Support the transition of investments from financial close to construction and commercial
operations, ensuring successful delivery against the original business case
* Support monitoring and active management portfolio assets, tracking performance against
underwriting assumptions and driving value creation initiatives
Your profile
* Degree in Business Administration, Accounting, Finance or a related field with a strong academic track record
* 1-3 years of relevant experience from consulting, banking or private equity / asset management
* Strong financial modeling and valuation skills, combined with excellent quantitative and analytical capabilities
* Ability to work independently, perform well under pressure and meet deadlines
* High attention to detail and a structured, data-driven mindset
* Excellent verbal and written communication skills in both English and German are
mandatory (additional language skills are considered an advantage)
* Strong commercial mindset and interest in infrastructure and energy markets
