Schwarzkopf Professional is on a mission to elevate and premiumize its trade marketing - and we’re looking for a trend-savvy Trade Marketing Specialist to make that vision a reality.
We're looking for someone who lives and breathes trends, has a sixth sense for what's next in beauty, lifestyle, music and fashion, and brings a hands-on, let’s-make-it-happen attitude.
What you´ll do
* Develop strategies to premiumize trade marketing offers through new brand collaborations and innovative initiatives
* Create high-visibility sales assets with prioritized investments for each sales cycle to maximize impact at point of sale
* Collaborate with brand managers to design and implement in-salon execution toolboxes for key initiatives
* Lead multi-brand programs during key consumption periods (e.g., Christmas, summer campaigns), ensuring alignment across brands and channels
* Manage and optimize key sales materials for each sales cycle to support sales teams and drive results
* Conduct market research and monitor trends to identify new opportunities and optimize trade marketing strategies
What makes you a good fit
* Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in economics or marketing (or equivalent)
* Minimum 5 years of working experience in marketing/brand management/trade marketing, preferably in the beauty or fashion industry
* Proven track record in collaborations, partnerships, and cross-brand activations
* Creative thinker with a keen eye for beauty trends and consumer preferences
* Excellent communication skills in English
