Your job with us:
- Administration activities from planning, installation and administration of servers and workstations to the adjustment, measurement and setting of server systems furthermore permanent network monitoring
- account administration - such as monitoring user rights
- hardware and software distribution including maintenance
- User support - processing of fault reports via IT ticket system in the area of
2nd level support as well as escalation of technical incidents in 3rd level support
- Documentation - maintenance and updating of the internal knowledge base
Your skills:
- You have a completed vocational training as an IT specialist (system integration), an IT-specific training or comparable acquired knowledge
- An appropriate experience in IT administration
- VMWare & Veeam are not foreign words for you
- Solid knowledge of Office 365
- You have very good analytical and structured thinking skills, an independent working style and a high level of initiative
- Structured, solution-oriented working methods and the ability to work in a team are a matter of course for you
- You have a very good command of German and English
