Internship in Personnel
In our onboarding process, you will be responsible for welcoming and supporting new employees during their induction period. You will maintain an overview of the coordination of inter-country and departmental inductions.
* Coordination of inter-country and departmental inductions
* Support in planning and conducting our monthly welcome event
* Contact person for participants, speakers, internal/external interfaces, and ensuring a smooth process of the entire induction process
* Research and analysis tasks, creation of presentations and evaluations, as well as bringing in and implementing your own ideas
Your Profile
* Degree in Business Administration (ideally with a focus on personnel) or a comparable economics degree
* Creativity and excellent communication skills
* Willingness to take responsibility quickly, as well as a high level of independence
