As a Customer Onboarding Manager, you’ll own the critical first stage of the customer journey. From setup and demos to ensuring alignment with business objectives, you’ll play a central role in driving product adoption, customer satisfaction, and long-term loyalty in the DACH region.
What You’ll Do
* Onboarding Ownership: Manage and oversee the entire onboarding process, ensuring a smooth and value-driven start for DACH customers.
* Customer Enablement: Organize onboarding meetings, product tours, demos, and deliver tailored product training sessions.
* Process Optimization: Collaborate with global teams to scale onboarding through automation, self-service content, tutorials, and playbooks.
* Customer Insights: Understand client contexts and objectives, ensuring product usage delivers measurable business outcomes.
* Cross-Functional Collaboration: Work closely with Sales, Implementation, and Success teams to ensure seamless transitions and project alignment.
* Continuous Improvement: Contribute to process innovation, document learnings, and strengthen onboarding practices to enhance adoption and customer loyalty.
What You Bring
Must-Haves:
* 2+ years in customer onboarding, customer success, account management, or similar roles
* Strong communication, empathy, and relationship-building skills with diverse stakeholders
* Proven ability to de-escalate issues and build positive, solution-oriented client relationships
* Analytical mindset, structured working style, and basic project management experience
* Fluency in German and strong English communication skills
* Ability to quickly learn and adopt new software tools
Nice-to-Haves:
* Direct onboarding/implementation experience in e-commerce SaaS
* Experience with system integrations and migrations of legacy software
