Requirements:
* Completed IT degree, training as an IT specialist for system integration or similar
* Professional experience in a similar position
* Experience in Microsoft Windows & Linux based environments
* Good knowledge of network infrastructures (LAN/WAN/WLAN/firewall) and MSSQL databases
* Familiarity with hybrid cloud, cloud computing (VMware), virtualization, and SAN
* Very good German and good English language skills in speaking and writing
Responsibilities:
* Responsible for optimizing the administration of our server landscape, systems, and networks
* Support in aligning with cloud and M365
* Ensuring a prompt and effective resolution of disruptions and inquiries in specialist departments (2nd level support)
* Monitoring of data center systems
* Ensuring data backup
* Documenting IT systems comprehensibly
