Your Tasks:
* Develop the strategy for the "Product Marketing" department together with the VP and company leadership.
* Lead a team of three Product Marketers.
* Develop and manage the go-to-market strategy for highly complex AdTech products.
* Own positioning, differentiation, and messaging for technical products – both for internal stakeholders and external clients.
* Bridge technical products with marketing and sales, ensuring launches are well-coordinated, on time, and effective.
* Make decisions based on research, data, and market feedback.
Your Profil:
* 5+ years of B2B Product Marketing experience with one of the following titles: Product Marketing Manager, Product Marketing Lead, Director Product Marketing, or Head of Product Marketing.
* The term Product Marketing appears at least three times on your CV and LinkedIn profile.
* Proven track record in B2B Product Marketing for software products.
* 12+ years of professional experience in fields relevant to Product Marketing.
* 2+ years of people management experience.
* Hands-on mindset with strong strategic ability.
* Good understanding of the AdTech industry.
* Business-fluent English.
* Willingness to travel occasionally to Berlin (approx. 10%).
