Data Platform Engineer - Databricks (all genders)
full-time position in our Division Technology in Kleinostheim near Frankfurt as soon as possible.
Your tasks:
1. You set up and maintain the environments where applications are deployed and run – from configuring servers, databases, and cloud services to managing monitoring and log management tools
2. You ensure that the infrastructure remains highly available, scalable, and secure while continuously improving performance and documentation
3. You take care of testing and deployment processes, making sure everything runs smoothly and efficiently
4. You lead team training sessions to strengthen knowledge of tools, automation, and best practices
5. With your strong interpersonal and intercultural skills, you apply effective project management techniques to drive collaboration and results
Your profile:
6. You hold a Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Electronics, Mathematics (or equivalent)
7. Several years of hands-on experience in building Cloud environments have shaped your deep understanding
8. You bring strong expertise in cloud technologies, with a strong focus on Microsoft Azure (Databricks, Unity Catalog)
9. Hands-on experience with SQL and Python complements your cloud expertise
10. Communication skills in English make it easy for you to collaborate effectively across teams and regions
