We are looking for a full-time E-Commerce Assistant to support our colleague in Düsseldorf, Germany. Our colleague manages our key e-commerce clients, including Zalando, AboutYou, and Amazon, handling sales, negotiations, and forecasting to maximize revenue. To ensure smooth operations, we need an experienced and analytical assistant who can take over certain tasks and support her effectively. E-Commerce Assistant (Full-Time) Responsibilities: • Manage order intake and ensure that all orders are processed correctly and efficiently. • Support in customer communication with buyers from key e-commerce platforms. • Assist in forecasting, budgeting, and sales analysis to optimize business opportunities. • Ensure seamless coordination between our Düsseldorf office and our headquarters in Rotterdam. • Handle administrative tasks related to e-commerce operations. Requirements: • Fluent in German (mandatory) and proficient in English (preferred). • Experience in e-commerce, sales, or order management – preferably with knowledge of platforms like Zalando, AboutYou, and Amazon. • Strong analytical skills and familiarity with budgeting and forecasting. • Detail-oriented and highly organized with excellent problem-solving abilities. • Ability to work full-time from our office in Düsseldorf, Germany.
