Job Description: Projektleiter:in Veranstaltungstechnik (m/w/d)
Location: Meckenheim (near Bonn), Germany
Remote: Up to 2 days/week (depending on project phase)
Salary: €48,000 – €75,000 gross/year + bonus (negotiable)
Travel: 40–50%, international projects (3 days to 1 month)
Driver’s License: Required (company car provided)
Contract: Permanent, full-time (40h/week), 30 vacation days

Your Responsibilities
As Projektleiter:in Veranstaltungstechnik, you will take full ownership of exciting international projects, ensuring seamless technical execution from start to finish.
* Manage the full project lifecycle in event technology (concept to live delivery)
* Prepare offers and commercial calculations
* Lead client negotiations and provide technical consultation
* Ensure on-site support during live events
* Staff, guide, and lead project teams
* Plan and coordinate materials with technical teams
* Work with project management tools such as EasyJob and (ideally) Vectorworks
What We’re Looking For
Must-Have:
* 5+ years of project management experience in event technology
* Technical expertise in event tech (lighting, sound, etc.)
* Proven ability to manage complex projects end-to-end
* Strong leadership and team coordination skills
* Stress-resistant, flexible, and open to frequent international travel
* Confident user of MS Office; experience with EasyJob
* German (C1) and English (C1) fluency
Nice-to-Have:
* Vectorworks knowledge
* Background in motorsport or large-scale live events
* Experience in high-pressure event environments
