Your tasks
8. Support and administration of existing network infrastructures for various customer environments
9. Error analysis and resolution of escalated faults in 2nd and 3rd level support
10. Active participation in projects for the expansion and modernization of IT infrastructures
11. Independent planning and implementation of changes
12. Ensuring up-to-date and complete system and process documentation
Your profile
13. Experience in the design, migration and operation of network and security solutions
14. Knowledge of firewalls (e.g. Sophos UTM/SG/XG, Fortinet, Checkpoint)
15. Knowledge of VPN technologies such as site-to-site, IPSec, SSL VPN and AlwaysOnVPN
16. Confident handling of web application firewalls and IDS/IPS systems
17. High level of initiative as well as an independent and team-oriented way of working
