Qualifications
* Currently enrolled as a student in a relevant field (e.g. HR, Business, Psychology, Engineering, or similar).
* Interest in recruitment, talent acquisition, or people-focused roles.
* Strong organisational skills and attention to detail.
* Clear and professional communication style.
* Comfortable handling sensitive information with discretion.
* Structured and reliable working approach.
* Professional English (B2+). German is a plus.

Your mission
You'll support our in-house recruitment team with day-to-day hiring activities across engineering, manufacturing, and operational roles.
This role is ideal for a student who is curious about recruitment, enjoys working with people and data, and wants hands-on exposure to hiring in a fast-paced, mission-driven technology environment.
You'll work closely with experienced Talent Partners and Hiring Managers, gaining insight into the full recruitment lifecycle while gradually taking on more responsibility.
Responsibilities
* Support full-cycle recruitment activities, from role intake to offer stage.
* Assist with sourcing candidates using LinkedIn and other platforms.
* Help map talent markets across NATO-aligned regions.
* Screen CVs and support interview coordination and scheduling.
* Maintain accurate and well-structured candidate data in Personio.
* Support interview processes using structured scorecards and notes.
* Help track recruiting metrics and pipeline progress.
* Contribute to employer branding and recruiting content when needed.
* Support ad-hoc hiring projects and team initiatives as the company scales.
* Work closely with Berlin HQ and local stakeholders.
