About the company
Our client, a distinguished leader in the FMCG sector, is currently undergoing expansion. To support this growth, we are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Brand Manager (m/f/d) to join the organization at the earliest opportunity.
Responsibilities
* Develop and implement global brand strategies
* Manage and oversee brand positioning across target markets
* Design and launch customer-focused product innovations
* Collaborate with international, cross-functional teams
* Plan and execute global communication campaigns
* Leverage traditional and digital channels such as TV, PR, SEA, SEO, and social media
* Develop and support go-to-market strategies and market entry concepts
* Lead and develop a team of 1–2 brand managers
* Take responsibility for managing the global marketing budget
Profile
* Completed degree in Business Administration with a focus on Marketing, or a comparable qualification
* Professional experience in global marketing, preferably within the FMCG sector
* Proven experience working with international teams or in foreign subsidiaries
* Strong expertise in digital marketing and high affinity for AI-driven tools
* Fluency in English is essential; German language skills are an advantage
* Excellent analytical skills combined with creative problem-solving abilities
* Strong team player with an entrepreneurial mindset

Salary information
The annual gross salary is determined based on your professional qualifications and experience and may reach up to €110,000.
