At least 5 years of experience in cloud operations and development, with strong expertise in Azure and Kubernetes. Proven ability to design, implement, and maintain scalable, secure, and resilient cloud infrastructures, including CI/CD pipelines (Azure DevOps) and security tool integration. Hands-on experience with infrastructure automation (Terraform, Ansible) and monitoring (Prometheus, Grafana, Loki, Promtail). Strong background in backend development (REST APIs, ideally Python/Django or Go) and microservices architectures. Experience operating containerized SQL (Postgres) and NoSQL (Redis) databases as well as hyperscale GPU infrastructures with large datasets. Excellent problem-solving skills in production cloud environments, combined with the ability to coach and technically guide DevOps and ML developers. Strong communication, presentation, and collaboration skills, with a structured, proactive, and independent working style. Responsibilities: Work side by side with coworkers in an agile team to create ideal conditions for career growth. Collaborate closely with the product owner and take ownership of topics such as technical architecture, infrastructure, monitoring, and DevOps tasks. Define the architecture and operation of our Kubernetes-based cloud environment. Extend and define the architecture of our backend services and integrate additional external services. Provide technical guidance, coaching, and development for other DevOps team members, serving as the main contact for technical questions. Work closely with security architects and engineers to implement security checklists and measures ensuring cloud security and resilience. Oversee the operation and maintenance of productive cloud systems used by both internal and external customers. Act as the main contact person for all technical requirements and issues regarding cloud infrastructure.
