Your mission
As a Product Designer, you are responsible for shaping our products end-to-end – from the first idea and prototyping to the final visual design. You will work closely with our Product and Engineering teams to ensure your designs not only look great but also solve real problems and make it into the product. Your role is to create simple and intuitive solutions for complex processes in the construction industry, leaving a lasting impact on our product’s design direction.
What will you do:
* Take full ownership of the end-to-end product design process, from initial ideation and prototyping to the final visual design.
* Work hand-in-hand with our product and engineering teams, ensuring your designs solve real-life problems and are implemented quickly, not left to gather dust in a backlog.
* Ask the right questions to find simple & intuitive solutions for complex construction industry workflows.
* Craft engaging and clear UI copy that guides users through the product.
* Define and maintain a high standard of design excellence, leaving a lasting mark on our product and design direction.
Your profile
Must-have:
* Proven track record of designing elegant user interfaces and complex user flows for B2B web applications.
* You know how to collaborate with product managers and engineers to deliver maximum user value, even when facing technical constraints.
* You don't shy away from complex topics and can break them down into simple, understandable solutions
* You're a self-driven, hands-on, and outcome-oriented designer who thrives on independent work.
* You are an expert with design tools like Figma or Sketch and
* You are fluent in both German and English.
Nice-to-have:
* Skills beyond graphical design, including UX research, mapping user journeys, A/B testing, customer interviews, etc.
