As Territory Manager you will be responsible for developing sales in the geographic area of Eastern or Western Germany in the Material Science Business Line in Microscopy.
Tasks
* Drive active sales across our full microscopy product portfolio.
* Independently manage your territory, including travel and customer engagement.
* Plan and execute customer visits and product demonstrations.
* Identify and develop new business opportunities, with or without marketing support.
* Manage your sales pipeline and opportunities using our CRM system.
* Maintain accurate data on opportunities, timelines, and customer interactions.
* Represent the company at exhibitions, conferences, and industry events.
* Build and nurture long-term relationships with existing customers.
* Collaborate closely with internal teams to ensure customer satisfaction and success.
* Actively looking for new accounts to stimulate the growth of region.
Requirements
* A university degree, ideally technical field.
* Several years of relevant sales experience; microscopy knowledge is a plus in the industrial microscopy
* Strong technical understanding and a passion for complex technologies.
* A results-driven mindset with a love for selling and closing deals.
* Excellent self-organization and motivation.
* A valid driver’s license and willingness to travel regularly.
