Aufgaben:
* You support our People & Culture team in the daily business and help ensure smooth HR processes.
* You are actively involved in recruiting - from managing applications to communicating with candidates and researching suitable talent.
* You gain insights into all topics related to people and organizational development and take on independent tasks after your onboarding.
* You contribute to exciting projects, and your ideas are always welcome.
* You actively help shape the work within the People & Culture department.
* You will be part of an international team and work closely with colleagues from France, Germany, and Spain.
Qualifikationen:
* You are enrolled as a student (e.g., in HR, Business Administration, Work/Organizational Psychology, or a related field).
* Ideally, you have already gained some initial experience in HR or your studies include the topics listed above.
* You are available for 15 hours per week, which you can schedule flexibly.
* You have excellent German skills and good English skills.
* You are confident working with numbers and enjoy analytical tasks.
* Your structured and independent working style, as well as strong communication and teamwork skills, round off your profile.
