Responsibilities
1. Diagnose and troubleshoot hardware and software issues.
2. Provide support for Windows OS, Microsoft Office, and network infrastructure.
3. Offer assistance for Mac OS environments.
4. Maintain and update support tickets.
5. Collaborate with team members and users to ensure smooth IT operations.
Requirment
1)Must hold a valid work permit in Germany
2) Several years of professional experience in the field of IT support would be great
