We can hire people in any country where we have a legal entity.Role: Partner Solutions Architect - GSICompany: AtlassianNote: This description reflects the role and does not imply a current open status beyond the information provided.ResponsibilitiesPartner with Global System Integrators: leverage technical expertise in Atlassian solutions to recruit, activate, and engage GSIs to accelerate customer sales and success goals.Develop Strategic Solution Plans: collaborate with key stakeholders to create targeted solution plans aligned with strategic priorities and growth objectives.Drive Business-Centric Solution Activation Plans: build business case–driven activation strategies with partner managers, marketing teams, and internal stakeholders to create a unified go-to-market approach.Collaborate on Solution Design and Pre-Sales Activities: work with partners to design and deliver customized solutions that close deals and drive customer success.Lead Global Practice Development: scale and accelerate growth of the Strategic Partner business by executing a global practice development strategy with Partner Managers.Provide Strategic Leadership: guide partners to build packaged Atlassian Platform services, solutions, and go-to-market strategies that deliver measurable business value.Deliver Enablement and Thought Leadership: build and implement an integrated enablement model to help partners accelerate their success with Atlassian products.Lead Solution Workshops: facilitate workshops with partners to improve understanding of Atlassian Solutions and work with enterprise sales teams to optimize co-selling motions.Champion Thought Leadership: collaborate with partners on thought leadership initiatives to promote the Atlassian platform and drive innovation across the ecosystem.Qualifications12+ years of experience in product, consulting, and sales, with a strong understanding of Cloud Native Platforms. Familiarity with the Atlassian Platform is highly preferred.Cloud Native Expertise: skilled in driving Cloud and Agile transformations with a strong background in cloud-native technologies and modern infrastructure patterns.Proven success in Matrix Organizations: experience building relationships in a matrixed organization with cross-functional collaboration.Expertise in Solution Design & Pre-Sales: experience crafting and delivering solutions, designing proposals, and collaborating to create business cases.Experience with Partners: experience with strategic partners is a strong advantage.Consultative Selling & Business Insight: results-oriented mindset with ability to position value and ROI and guide partners to achieve goals through consultative sales techniques.Effective Communication Skills: comfortable presenting to executives, conducting workshops, and working with technology teams.Continuous Learning: coachable with a growth mindset.Accountability & Results-Driven: track record of meeting or exceeding performance metrics and strong execution capability.Benefits & PerksAt Atlassian offers a wide range of perks and benefits designed to support you, your family and to help you engage with your local community.
