Our technology, rooted in 18 years of research at the Swiss Center for Electronics and Microtechnology (CSEM), is the world’s only medically accurate, cuffless, continuous blood pressure monitor for daily life. It is CE Marked as a Class IIa medical device and was FDA-cleared in 2026 as the first cuffless OTC blood pressure monitor in the United States. We are remote-first, headquartered in Neuchâtel, Switzerland.
As Senior Brand and Content Manager, you own how Hilo's brand comes to life across content, campaigns, and communications. You lead content strategy, messaging, creative briefing, and brand measurement across our key markets.
This is a hands-on role. Location: Remote within Europe, with occasional travel to the UK, Germany, and our headquarters in Neuchâtel.
Own the development and delivery of content and campaigns that build awareness, trust, and consideration.
Own content strategy, voice, and tone
Own Hilo's content strategy across channels and customer touchpoints.
Oversee content planning across brand, campaign, SEO, and educational content.
Use data, experimentation, and AI-enabled workflows to continuously improve performance.
Develop creative strategies and briefs that drive effective top-of-funnel marketing.
Partner with the data team to understand what's working and where to improve.
Coordinate campaigns and content across stakeholders while maintaining quality and alignment.
Manage agency and freelance relationships where required.
Strong experience in brand and content roles within consumer-facing businesses.
Proven ability to translate brand strategy into campaigns, content, and measurable results.
Excellent writing, briefing, communication, and project management skills.
Entrepreneurial, resourceful, and hands-on.
Startup or scale-up experience.
German language skills.
Experience using AI tools to improve content creation, briefing, or production workflows.

You use data and clarity to guide your decisions and prioritise what matters most. - Content here is accountable, measured in awareness, recall, and share of voice, not vibes.
You treat mistakes as learning opportunities, experiment thoughtfully, and iterate quickly. - You own the content outcome while working through a freelance PR lead, your agency partners, and a close partnership with the Head of Design and Paid.
