Job Overview
We are seeking a skilled Technical Facility Manager to join our team. The successful candidate will be responsible for the maintenance and operation of technical infrastructure, including power and cooling systems.
The ideal candidate will have a strong understanding of electrical and mechanical systems, as well as experience in project management and team collaboration.
* Warranty and operation of technical infrastructure, especially in the field of electricity and refrigeration supply.
* Independent organization, coordination and implementation of projects in the field of technical infrastructure of a data center incl. commissioning and acceptance.
* Monitoring and operation of technical systems used for the operational data center operation, including USV- and NEA-systems, air conditioning systems, building automation.
* Optimization and exchange of technical devices.
* Error management.
* Support of the operational daily business of the data center operation.
* Procurement of materials, including offer inquiry, order of goods, coordination with suppliers and checking of incoming goods.
* Subcontractor management.
* Ensure constant quality and regular safety checks throughout the area of responsibility.

Requirements
* A completed vocational training as an electrician / electronics technician / energy electronics technician / refrigeration and air conditioning technician (m/w/d) or a comparable qualification.
* Successful completion of further education to become a technician / master (m/w/d), advantageous.
* Several years of professional experience; preferably in the field of data center.
* Independent execution of maintenance, inspection, error elimination and repairs on technical devices and installations of the building infrastructure (electrical engineering, refrigeration, climate).
* Operation of technical devices and installations.
* Correct documentation of plant-related matters.
* Team spirit, sense of responsibility and quality awareness.
* Self-motivated and careful working style, as well as communication and team skills.
* Very good German and good English knowledge.
