Legal Counsel
Location: Frankfurt / Hybrid
Our client is seeking a Legal Counsel to support a broad range of commercial, corporate and regulatory legal matters within an international business environment.
Key Responsibilities:
* Provide legal advice to business stakeholders on commercial and corporate matters.
* Draft, review and negotiate contracts and legal documentation.
* Support legal risk assessments and compliance-related activities.
* Collaborate with internal departments and external legal advisors.
* Contribute to policy development, governance initiatives and process improvements.
* Support strategic and cross-functional business projects.
* Monitor legal and regulatory developments relevant to the organisation.
Your Profile:
* Qualified lawyer with relevant legal qualifications and professional experience.
* Several years of experience within an in-house or commercial legal environment.
* Strong understanding of commercial and corporate law topics.
* Experience working within international or cross-border environments would be advantageous.
* Strong communication and stakeholder management skills.
* Pragmatic and solution-oriented working style.
* Fluent German and English language skills.
