Job Description The Director, Partnership and Retail Media will lead high-impact partnerships across banks, telcos, CPGs, and media agencies while driving the global advertising & data solutions roadmap for Europe, Turkey in close collaboration with Product. In this role, you’ll drive strategic growth through partnership fundamentals, consultative sales, and high-performing ad solutions, ensuring consistent revenue growth across the region. You’ll build and manage a team of industry experts to deliver tailored partner solutions, establish and execute key advertising partnerships, and drive performance standards to deliver exceptional value to clients, achieving ambitious revenue goals. Key responsibilities: Strategic Oversight: Oversee the development of regional partnership and retail media solutions strategies ensuring a cohesive, standardized approach across Europe, Turkey with flexibility for regional nuances where needed. Regional Team Leadership: Build and lead a team of Regional Partnership Directors and the Retail Media function, fostering a collaborative and results-driven culture. Drive capability-building within the team and beyond, promoting best practices, continuous learning, and alignment with both global and regional objectives to achieve growth targets. Strategic Partnerships: Oversee strategic partnerships with key verticals such as banks, telcos, CPGs, and media agencies, creating long-term value and growth opportunities across Europe. Incentive scheme design: Define and oversee incentive schemes, aligning rewards with strategic objectives to drive revenue growth and partnership success across markets. Advertising Solutions Roadmap: Own and drive the Advertising Solutions roadmap in Pandora, including Delivery Hero Ads, partnering closely with AdTech & Platform Product to ensure solutions are aligned with market needs and business objectives. Performance Management and Reporting: Establish and oversee performance management processes across regions, ensuring regular tracking, reporting, and course-correction as needed to achieve revenue targets. Thought Leadership: Serve as a thought leader in the industry, positioning Pandora as a retail media leader and building strategic relationships. Mentor and coach senior leaders, establishing best practices, and promoting a high-performance, client-centered approach across Pandora. Cross-Functional Collaboration: Establish principles for collaboration across Pandora and Delivery Hero teams, fostering effective ways of working between the Partnerhip & Retail Media teams and restaurants, quick commerce commercial, product and marketing. Guide regional teams in implementing these practices, ensuring alignment on shared objectives and cohesive execution.
