Corporate Officer Job Description
We are seeking a highly skilled Corporate Officer to manage a portfolio of entities in Luxembourg, ensuring full compliance with local regulations.
* Manage a portfolio of entities (SPVs, AIFs, PE, RE, PD) while guaranteeing full regulatory compliance.
* Create and prepare corporate documents, including board minutes, resolutions, notices, reports, and statutory registers.
* Collaborate with notaries, banks, auditors, and external advisors for incorporations, restructurings, and liquidations.
* Work closely with accounting and compliance teams to maintain efficient processes.
* Maintain direct communication with clients, providing accurate advice on corporate matters.
Required Skills and Qualifications
