Join our team at a global tech leader as a Quality Analyst – GERMAN speaker, where you’ll help improve generative AI tools through smart, human-led data annotation and content refinement.
What You’ll Do:
Monitor, coach, and develop Reps to achieve quality goals
Deliver training and support Team Leaders on performance plans
Analyse data to spot trends and recommend improvements
Manage quality systems and support operational projects
Mentor auditors and provide feedback on tools and processes
What You Need:
️Fluent inGERMAN & English(Proficiency in English (C1+) + the advertised language (C1+))
️Experience in content moderation, Trust & Safety, or QA (social media industry a plus)
️Strong communication, coaching, and analytical skills
️Confidence with Excel, reporting, and data analysis
️Adaptability, problem-solving mindset, and the ability to thrive under pressure
