YOUR RESPONSIBILITIES
1. Manage and position the global product portfolio for products in construction, adhesives and sealants, focusing on profitability, market trends and competitive landscape
2. Oversee the full product lifecycle: development, positioning, launch, enhancement, communication, and phase-out
3. Identify regional market needs and trends, define optimal market penetration
4. Develop strategic pricing models
5. Drive the achievement of key performance indicators (KPIs) and ensure continuous improvement
YOUR QUALIFICATIONS
6. Degree in chemistry, chemical engineering or equivalent qualification
7. Extensive professional experience in a technical role within the construction and/or adhesive industries, with a strong focus on additives knowledge and application expertise
8. Proven experience in portfolio management and market analysis
9. Strong leadership and communication skills
10. Strong ability to co-operate, co-create, and establish strategies and processes to drive business success collaboratively in an international environment
11. Strategic mindset, and a decisive approach to driving operational initiatives
12. Fluent English communication skills, both written and verbal; able to engage confidently across all levels of the organization
13. Willingness to travel internationally
