The mission of the thermal systems business group is to develop and manufacture systems, modules and components to ensure thermal energy management of the power train and comfort for each passenger, during all phases of vehicle use. These systems help to significantly reduce fuel consumption, CO2 emissions and other pollutants and harmful particles from vehicles equipped with internal combustion engines. They also increase travel range and battery life for hybrid and electric vehicles. At the Front Office in Bietigheim-Bissingen we are supporting Sale- and Project activities and compose the interface between the customers Daimler and Valeo-internal departments at the development from Thermal Systems.
Tasks
* You manage firstand second-level IT support and align with different suppliers
* You work on VIQCT (Valeo Infrastructure Quality Control Tool) and take actions to keep the factory up to date
* You manage the exchange of old IT hardware
* You automate local processes using Google Apps Script (JavaScript) and HTML
Profile
* You hold a degree in Information Technology or Computer Science
* You already have experience in IT support and infrastructure
* You have a fluent level of English
* You have strong communication skills, an international mindset, and are open-minded toward new cultures and new ways of working and thinking
* You are humble, a good listener, positive-attitude oriented, professional, and have a strong sense of diplomacy
* Knowledge of German is a plus
