New Vacancy Electrical & Instrumentation Quality Inspector – Wessling, Germany Start Date: End of August / September 2025 Duration: Approx. 9 months Location: Full-time onsite – Wessling, Germany Status: Open to self-employed candidates with an existing right to work in Germany We are currently seeking an experienced Electrical & Instrumentation (E&I) Quality Inspector for a long-term, site-based assignment in Wessling, Germany. This role will be responsible for supporting and ensuring the quality of Electrical, Instrumentation, and Telecoms construction activities on a major industrial project. Key Responsibilities: Report directly to the Quality Lead, overseeing daily E&I construction activities. Monitor contractor compliance with project codes, standards, and specifications. Coordinate with Construction Management, Contractors, Vendors, and Client on quality matters. Approve incoming E&I materials/equipment by verifying specs and documentation. Participate in Inspection & Test Plan (ITP) activities; ensure documentation is captured in the Completions Management System. Contribute to project quality documentation and HSSE (Health, Safety, Security & Environment) objectives. Monitor contractor/vendor quality performance. Act as deputy to the Quality Lead when required. Attend relevant meetings and liaise with other disciplines. Requirements: Fluent German (spoken & written) with solid English comprehension. Proven experience in quality inspection roles in the petrochemical, oil & gas industry. Strong background in Electrical and Instrumentation systems, including Telecoms. Familiarity with ISO 9001 and ISO 14001 compliance. Computer literate – proficient in Microsoft Office 365 (Outlook, Word, Excel, Teams, SharePoint). Recognised quality certification in E&I inspection is preferred. Additional academic or vocational quality qualifications advantageous. If you meet the requirements, please apply.
