Requirements
* Senior SAP FICO professional with 12–16 years of extensive experience and deep expertise across core finance areas including General Ledger (GL), Accounts Payable (AP), Accounts Receivable (AR), Asset Accounting (AA), Material-Based Costing (MBC), and Treasury.
* Proven experience working with eCommerce and retail organizations, along with successful delivery of at least 2–3 SAP greenfield implementations.
* Demonstrated capability to lead end-to-end SAP FICO implementations, global rollouts, and support engagements for diverse clients.
* Strong understanding of financial processes, statutory and regulatory compliance, and seamless integration with other SAP modules.
* Hands-on experience with SAP S/4HANA Finance, including Universal Journal, New Asset Accounting, and exposure to Central Finance, is highly desirable.
* Exhibits strong leadership in managing cross-functional teams, client engagements, and the delivery of complex SAP programs.
* Collaborates closely with business and IT stakeholders to gather requirements, design scalable solutions, and ensure alignment with enterprise financial processes.
* Drives solution architecture and integrations with SAP modules such as MM, SD, and PP, ensuring adherence to industry best practices and standards.
* Proven track record in managing project delivery, timelines, and team performance while maintaining high-quality outcomes.
* Provides expert guidance on finance transformation initiatives, including SAP S/4HANA migrations, supported by excellent communication, problem-solving, and stakeholder management skills.
