Key Responsibilities : Support the global CRM implementation in partnership with product owners and administrators. Define and execute CRM integration strategies with key applications including SAP and Concur. Oversee the decommissioning of legacy CRM systems, ensuring a smooth transition. Architect and design scalable CRM solutions, leveraging platforms like Salesforce and Veeva. Maintain data integrity, compliance, and security across all CRM platforms. Partner with business leaders, IT teams, and end-users to understand technical needs. Monitor CRM system performance, identifying and implementing improvements. Ensure adherence to industry regulations and internal policies. Provide mentorship and training to junior team members. Qualifications & Experience: Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, IT, or related field ( Master’s preferred). 8 years of experience in CRM architecture and implementation. Expertise in Salesforce, Veeva, and marketing automation tools like Marketing Cloud, HubSpot, Pardot etc. Proven experience decommissioning legacy CRM systems. Strong understanding of data privacy, migration, and compliance standards. Knowledge of data analytics, APIs, middleware ( Mulesoft ), and ETL solutions like Fivetran, DBT, MS Data Factory etc. Proficiency in CRM system administration, customization, and workflow automation. Experience in the life sciences industry is a strong advantage. Strong leadership, team management, and project execution skills. Excellent problem-solving and stakeholder engagement abilities.
