Key Responsibilities
* Develop and implement comprehensive compensation analytics and benchmarking projects to inform leadership decisions.
* Lead the design of job architectures, including job grading, titling, and career path development.
* Manage compensation processes to enhance efficiency, compliance, and stakeholder experience.
* Advise senior leaders on compensation strategy and business impact.
* Drive compensation system enhancements and automation initiatives.
Requirements
* A minimum of 5 years of progressive compensation or comparable experience.
* Proven track record leading compensation programs and strategic projects.
* Strong business partnering and influencing skills.
* Experience driving system enhancements and automation.
