* Lead the shift team, including permanent staff and temporary workers, across inbound, outbound, and inventory processes in alignment with KPIs
* Plan and assign warehouse tasks, coordinate team members
* Ensure compliance with all Maersk processes and policies
* Act as contact person for operational matters, environmental issues, housekeeping, and training
* Report and document damages, support the resolution process, and take responsibility for warehouse materials and equipment
* Prepare and share daily and weekly internal and external reports
* Clear and effective communication skills
* Initiative, goal orientation, and strong execution abilities
* Hands-on and proactive work approach with a team mindset
* Willingness to work shifts, including nights, Sundays, and public holidays
* Team player with a coaching mentality and leadership experience
