Job Description
The main responsibility of this role is to provide onsite technical support for Warehouse Management System (WMS), operations and the associated hardware used in daily warehouse activities. This includes supporting system configuration, user access management, troubleshooting WMS-related issues, and ensuring the smooth operation of devices such as RF scanners, tablets, label printers, mobile devices and other OT equipment.
This individual will be responsible for fulfilling services which require physical onsite presence assisting remote support teams where required acting as a liaison point for business colleagues.
