Marketing Assistant (f/m/d)
Your tasks:
1. Support digital marketing campaigns.
2. Assist in the preparation of emails, newsletters, and event-related communications.
3. Provide operational support, including the organization of trade shows, conferences and events.
4. Help manage and maintain contact and lead databases.
5. Support the creation, localization, and adaptation of marketing materials for various European markets.
6. Carry out basic graphic design tasks, such as creating banners, social media visuals, infographics, and adjusting layouts for web and social media channels.
7. Contribute to the day-to-day operations of the marketing office by preparing content, uploading materials, and coordinating with external suppliers.
8. Collaborate with the Sales team on follow-up activities and assist with updating information in the company’s CRM system.
Your qualifications:
9. Degree in Communication, Marketing (preferably B2B), other backgrounds welcome with willingness to learn engineering basics.
10. Up to 2 years’ experience (incl. internships) in marketing/digital/B2B communication with strong writing skills.
11. Confident in using digital marketing tools (e.g., LinkedIn, CRM, marketing automation such as HubSpot).
12. Basic familiarity with graphic/multimedia tools and interest in analytics/campaign tools.
13. Ability to manage data accurately in CRM and company databases.
14. Strong English (B2/C1); knowledge of Italian/German/French language is a plus.
15. Collaborative, organized, adaptable, and self-motivated, comfortable in an international environment.
16. Curious, proactive, and willing to travel internationally.
17. Interest in ECAD/EDA tools and product development processes is a plus.
