Role Overview:
* We are seeking an experienced and results-driven Sales Manager to lead and expand our sales efforts in Germany.
* This role is ideal for a dynamic professional with a strong background in food ingredients, exceptional commercial acumen, and a proven track record of driving sales growth.
Tasks
* Develop and implement strategic sales plans to expand market share and drive revenue growth.
* Build and maintain strong relationships with key customers, including food manufacturers, distributors, and industry partners.
* Identify and capitalize on new business opportunities within the food ingredients sector.
* Lead contract negotiations, pricing strategies, and business development initiatives.
* Collaborate with cross-functional teams, including Sales and marketing, to align sales efforts with customer needs.
* Monitor market trends, competitor activities, and customer insights to inform sales strategies.
* Provide leadership and mentorship to the sales team, fostering a high-performance culture.
Requirements
* Bachelor’s degree in Food Technoloy, Business, Food Science, or a related field.
* Proven experience in B2B sales within the food ingredients industry.
* Strong network within the German food manufacturing sector.
* Excellent negotiation, communication, and leadership skills.
* Strategic mindset with the ability to identify and capitalize on growth opportunities.
* Fluent in German and English.
