What you will do
* Optimize cabin assembly and manufacturing processe s across multiple plants.
* Define production concepts, tools, and implementation procedures.
* Translate engineering specifications into production documentation and work orders.
* Support production teams and resolve manufacturing issues with quality, design, and logistics.
* Document and analyze processes, driving continuous improvement initiatives.
* Advise design teams on manufacturability and construction documentation .
What we’re looking for:
* Degree in Aerospace, Industrial, Mechanical Engineering, or a related field
* Experience in manufacturing processes, industrialization, production engineering or similar roles
* Knowledge of aerospace manufacturing environments (Airbus experience is a strong plus)
* Strong problem‑solving mindset and familiarity with continuous improvement / lean manufacturing
* C1 English (mandatory)
* German C1 (a plus)
* Applicants must hold EU citizenship.
