Your Role
As the Electrical Package Manager, you’ll be responsible for overseeing all electrical works on a cutting-edge life sciences facility in Frankfurt. You’ll lead procurement, manage subcontractors, and ensure installations meet the highest standards of safety, quality, and compliance.
Key Responsibilities
* Manage and oversee electrical installations, ensuring alignment with project specifications and safety regulations
* Lead procurement activities including package management, buy-out processes, and quotation reviews
* Review technical drawings, resolve design queries, and coordinate with BIM models for accurate installations
* Liaise with clients, contractors, suppliers, and subcontractors to ensure smooth project execution
* Collaborate with project leadership and safety teams to implement safety and quality assurance plans
* Monitor project timelines, subcontractor progress, and manpower allocation to ensure timely delivery
* Oversee daily site operations, manage work packages, and report weekly on performance and costs
What You’ll Bring
* Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Electrical Engineering or a related field
* Minimum 5 years’ experience in construction, with a focus on electrical systems
* Strong knowledge of power distribution, lighting, fire alarm, and communication systems
* Proficiency in AutoCAD and other engineering software
* Fluency in German and English
* Hands-on, proactive approach with excellent problem-solving and organisational skills
