Test Manager (m/f/d) In your role as Test Manager (m/f/d) you will be responsible for supporting development of a test organisation with efficient use of all available resources. Your tasks Technical managing verification activities Distribute tasks to internal and external teams and coordinate their work Present reports to management (PPM, Stream Leads, Global projectmanager) Critical questions regarding schedules and budget are also to be expected. The chosen strategy must be explained and defended Developing strategies for efficient testing in a high-pressure project, taking into account quality and deadline pressure Controlling the defined processes and quality gates. The challenge here is to take account of different process landscapes and cultures and, on the other hand, to work together on a product Training all internal and external team members to understand the required processes. This requires in-depth knowledge of the processes and tools Definition of metrics for tracking progress Supporting the overall defect management processes (reporting and analysis) Close coordination with stakeholders regarding project progress and the deployment of internal and external employees Your qualifications Successfully completed studies in a technical or business field or relevant professional experience Several years of experience in testing embedded software systems In-depth knowledge and experience in the areas of test management and/or project management Basic programming experience Knowledge of HIL and SIL Experience in development/testing of safety-related systems, e.g. IEC 61508, ISO 26262 or IEC 62304 ISTQB certification is a plus Fluent in written and spoken English, German language is an advantage Our offer to you There is a lot to discover at Fresenius, because we have a lot to offer.
