Your role in our team
* You develop and support global go-to-market strategies and manage their implementation in close coordination with Product Management, Services, Sales, and Communications
* You take on (partial) project management responsibilities in strategic marketing projects, focusing on market launch, market penetration, and measurable success
* You plan and manage international campaigns and marketing projects for defined key topics – with a clear target audience focus and high implementation quality
* You ensure a consistent, audience-oriented storyline across all touchpoints, writing compelling value propositions and product descriptions.
* You develop and support global marketing materials for the sales team (print, digital, sales enablement) and ensure their efficient rollout in relevant target markets
* You work closely with colleagues from Sales, Product Management, and Communications – contributing to effective collaboration in cross-functional teams
* You bring in creative ideas, test new formats, and actively shape the further development of our marketing efforts
* You create training content for the sales team for new products and services
Your profile
* A completed degree in Business Administration, Marketing, or a comparable qualification
* Several years of experience in B2B marketing, ideally with a focus on go-to-market, demand generation, or campaign management
* A solid understanding of complex buyer journeys and decision-making processes in the B2B environment
* Ideally, some familiarity with the pharmaceutical industry or complex B2B IT sales
* Experience working with international sales, product management, and cross-functional teams
* Analytical thinking, a KPI-driven mindset, and a willingness to take responsibility
* Strong communication skills, strategic intuition, and a knack for writing effective briefs
* Excellent communication skills in both German and English
