🚀 About the Role
We are looking for Senior Color & Trim Designers (CMF) to join Opel Automobile GmbH.
You will define the materials, colors, and finishes of future vehicle programs, shaping the sensory and visual identity of the brand.
🎯 Key Responsibilities
* Develop CMF concepts (Color, Material, Finish) from concept to production
* Select and define: Materials, Fabrics, Textures, Coatings
* Ensure brand consistency and customer appeal
* Work with: Material engineering, Suppliers, Design teams
* Align with cost, feasibility, and production requirements
* Create innovative and brand-driven material concepts
🧠 Requirements
* 5–7+ years experience in automotive CMF / Color & Trim
* Strong knowledge of materials and finishes
* Experience with: Photoshop, VRED (preferred)
* Ability to collaborate cross-functionally
* Fluent English
🌍 Additional Info
* Hybrid (2–3 days onsite required) - Rüsselsheim am Main, Germany

Salary 75 ~€89,700 gross /year
