Your tasks and responsibilities
* Conduct financial data consolidation for worldwide investment projects & needs (Google Workspace, Excel and SAP).
* Maintain the worldwide used Google Drive for the SDP & CapEX (Capital Expenditures) process.
* Support and interface with the local and the international CapEx network.
* Support the SDP for global sites and customer centers.
* Support the CapEx management processes for Airbus Helicopters Donauwörth and Customer Centers.
* Manage MoM with relevant action list for CapEx committees in due time.
* Support the development of and administer data sharing, consolidation and reporting tools.
* Conduct Investment Controlling activities.
Desired skills and qualifications
* University degree (Master) in Finance, Economics, Engineering or similar.
* first practical experience within related operations/tasks.
* experience in finance controlling function (Data management, analysis and reporting).
* experience within Project Management.
* programming skills (App Script in Google Workspace).
* good knowledge in Google Workspace, MS Office beneficial and SAP (desirable).
* good communication skills and team spirit.
* English negotiation level and willingness to learn German.
