Your Responsibilities
* Managing long-term relationships with platform stakeholders, acting as the primary liaison to ensure partner needs are met and collaboration remains effective.
* Coordinating the implementation and execution of partnership initiatives and projects, ensuring timely delivery and cross functional alignment with Legal, Product, Finance, and Operations teams.
* Overseeing contract development and finalization with internal stakeholders, ensuring compliance with company policies and regulatory requirements.
* Monitoring outsourcing relationships by tracking key performance indicators (KPIs), identifying potential risks, and initiating corrective measures when needed.
* Analyzing partnership performance through regular reporting and data evaluation, and recommending strategies for continuous improvement.
Your Profile
* You have at least 5 years of professional experience as a project manager, ideally you have a project management certification.
* You are experienced in successfully combining project management methods and agile software development.
* You have relevant knowledge in the banking environment (banking / finance).
* You bring in-depth specialist knowledge and practical experience in dealing with complex projects.
* You already have experience with Confluence and Jira.
* Fluent English skills and excellent communication skills, German language would be a plus.
* Ability & willingness to learn fast and pick up new things easily.
* High commitment, very good time management, structured way of working and enjoyment of working in a team.
