At the forefront of our company's growth journey in Germany, we are seeking an exceptional Operations Manager to spearhead the implementation of operational excellence. As a strategic thinker with a hands-on approach, you will be responsible for driving day-to-day leadership and process optimization across six German locations.
* Lead daily operations, ensuring seamless integration and customer satisfaction at each location.
* Develop and refine operational KPIs to safeguard quality, efficiency, customer satisfaction, safety protocols as well as commercial standards.
