As a Process and Commissioning Engineer, you will be integral to ensuring the optimal performance and successful integration of pharmaceutical machines.
Your responsibilities will include:
* Process Optimization: Analyzing and optimizing manufacturing processes within pharmaceutical production lines to enhance efficiency, quality, and compliance.
* Process Commissioning & Machine Qualification: Leading and executing the Process Commissioning, qualification, and validation (IQ/OQ/PQ) of new pharmaceutical machinery and systems at client sites, both domestically and internationally. This includes performing Factory Acceptance Tests (FAT) and Site Acceptance Tests (SAT).
* Troubleshooting & Support: Diagnosing and resolving technical issues related to machine performance, process deviations, and system integration. Providing ongoing technical support to clients.
* Documentation: Preparing and maintaining comprehensive documentation, including functional specifications, test protocols, commissioning reports, and user manuals, in compliance with industry regulations (e.g., GMP, GAMP).
We are seeking a candidate with a strong technical background and practical experience:
* Education: Bachelor's degree in Chemical Engineering, Process Engineering, Mechanical Engineering, Automation Engineering, or a related field.
* Experience: 1-5 years of hands-on experience in process engineering, commissioning, or validation within the pharmaceutical, biotech, or a closely related highly regulated industry.
* Strong understanding of Automation and control systems (e.g., PLCs, SCADA).
* Ability to read and interpret P&IDs, electrical schematics, and mechanical drawings.
* An operational German level is required
