Order Processing Specialist (m/w/d) – Customer Service & Coordination

Your Responsibilities
* Serve as the primary contact for customers regarding inquiries about quotations, pricing, delivery schedules, and order status, both in writing and by phone, occasionally in English.
* Accurately review and enter customer orders into the SAP system, including scheduling and document preparation.
* Collaborate closely with various departments to ensure smooth order processing and timely delivery.
* Monitor and manage delivery plans, including electronic data interchange (EDI), and coordinate error resolution with relevant teams.
* Develop tailored solutions to accommodate changing customer requirements or delivery conditions.
* Prepare and track quotations based on our pricing models.
* Support the accounts receivable process by assisting with dunning procedures in cooperation with the accounting department.
* Maintain and update customer and order master data to ensure data accuracy.
* Follow up on sales visits in coordination with the field sales team and sales management.
Your Profile
* Completed commercial training or equivalent qualification.
* Experience in sales support or order processing is advantageous.
* Proficient in SAP, ideally with knowledge of the Sales and Distribution (SD) module.
* Strong command of English language skills.
* Organized, service-oriented, and able to work independently.
* Confident user of MS Office applications.
* Team player with excellent communication skills.
* Possession of a valid driver’s license and own vehicle is a plus.
