Using modern technologies, the team are building a brand-new digital platform from scratch which will allow account managers to streamline their products based on customer activity.

What you’ll be doing:
* Lead a development team from a technical and disciplinary point of view
* Coach and mentor developers
* Take responsibility for the conception, design, implementation and quality assurance of Java web applications within microservice architecture
* Accompany project cycles and product life cycles
* Coordinate with other existing development teams
What you bring:
* 5+ years of professional experience as a Java Engineer
* Some experience in a Lead software position would be a great plus
* Sound knowledge of Java technologies and frameworks (e.g., Spring/Spring Boot/Hibernate)
* Strong communication skills in German (C1+)
