The role :
As an MSSP Channel Partner, you will be an essential part of the European Sales Team, particularly in the DACH region, helping partners maximize the benefits of our services. You will report directly to the Sales Manager for the DACH market.
By deep-diving into the industry, you will have the opportunity to advance your career in cybersecurity and support partners with our solutions.
Tasks to solve :
* Target, recruit, develop, scale, and manage strategic security-focused Managed Service partners, defining pathways aligned with the company’s long-term business objectives.
* Collaborate across organizations for local execution and sales alignment.
* Identify, build, and maintain strong executive relationships with focus partners. Manage all aspects of partner engagement from negotiation to integration, sales forecasting, and ongoing support to drive revenue growth.
* Work with focus partners to expand and evolve their offerings, developing new revenue streams powered by Group-IB solutions.
* Generate new pipeline and revenue through partner-sourced opportunities and market expansion initiatives.
* Coordinate with field marketing to deliver events, programs, and campaigns that generate interest and awareness among partners’ customers.
* Ensure partners are equipped with messaging, training, resources, and support to successfully sell Group-IB offerings.
* Set goals and monitor partner training, certification, and support requirements.
* Regularly review partner performance and engagement, adjusting strategies as necessary.
* Work with internal teams—sales, marketing, operations, engineering—to develop strategies that drive growth for MSSPs and Group-IB.
* Proactively collaborate with sales leaders and stakeholders on partner pipeline and forecasts.
* Develop and manage existing customer accounts in Germany and pursue new business opportunities.
* Support and grow the IT channel ecosystem.
* Execute campaigns and outreach efforts to generate new sales opportunities.
* Coordinate with sales, partner channel, and marketing teams on lead management.
* Develop and maintain accurate sales forecasts and business plans.
* Target, educate, and persuade new customers to adopt Group-IB products.
* Maintain detailed client database within CRM.
Qualifications :
* Experience in building and executing joint business plans with measurable success.
* Strong organizational, collaboration, and communication skills.
* Minimum 5 years of indirect sales experience working with or for Managed Service partners (MSP, MSSP, Outsourcers, SIs).
* Deep knowledge of indirect, managed sales models (fully managed, co-managed).
* Experience negotiating master agreements with legal and finance teams.
* Experience developing joint go-to-market models with MSSP and MDR partners.
* Exceptional communication skills, including listening, writing, and public speaking.
* Ability to work in a fast-paced environment.
* Experience with Enterprise security operations software.
* Fluency in German and English; please share your CV in English.
